@enbeekae sounds terrible. Vivid #nightmares. I have vivid dreams due to #sleep #apnoea. Lack of #breathing. Apparently causes brain to have such clear and detailed dreams. (I'm not a #medical #practitioner). Perhaps check with a professional #doctor. Maybe #Covid related gasping? 🤔
