This means whatever the teaching standards are —— like IIUC #Florida has not *YET* approved #prageru full-throttle.

It also doesn’t mean (??) that new teachers won’t have to comply with the standards in their new state.

But it does mean,

- recertify

And the implications of that… are not great.
