Najbardziej zawsze wstrząsa mnie jednak to, że otoczenie daje się tak sterroryzować, że tkwi, czasami latami, w patologicznym układzie. Ludzie tłumaczą sobie (i tak jest w tym tekście), że „szef jest wymagający” i tego rodzaju bzdury. Poniżanie nie ma nic wspólnego z „wymaganiem”. Relacje władzy tworzą same z siebie patologiczne sytuacje, dlatego trzeba aktywnie im przeciwdziałać i kontrować zanim się rozwiną. Od tego jest właśnie samoorganizacja i wsparcie wzajemne pracowników. Formalne w związkach zawodowych, albo nieformalne.
