When the Constitution was drafted in 1950, the Preamble did not have the words ‘socialist’ and ‘secular’. They were added in 1976 through the 42nd amendment

Not just say they’re rich, out of touch, venal - etc. @CrookedMedia thank you for sharpening this point! My fuzzy waking brain then saw the #Preamble - focusing on each clause, and vignettes showing Rs eliminating each one, and the clauses 1 by 1 fading out of the Constitution….then D’s in action, putting them back. Promote the general welfare, my ass, GOP!
