La joie (non) d'une péri-ménopause avec tous ses symptômes de merde, ET malgré ça des cycles menstruels qui, eux, restent réguliers et pénibles. La double peine sa race la hyène putride #teamEndo #préménopause (oui je suis suivie, non je peux pas prendre de traitement). Si des meufs ici ont des astuces réconfortantes et soulageantes à me suggérer, je suis preneuse. Et vous les gars de Mastodon, je sais que vous serez pas pénibles comme les twittos à me mansplainer mes règles, bisous, chut.

I suffer from #androgeneticalopecia (not the severest form 🙏) due to #pco and #premenopause.
It really sucks, because I used to have full, beautiful hair and I feel very insecure.
I started treatment with minoxidil a few weeks ago and it's working. There is a new foam for women on the market (Regaine foam 5%). The regular spray didn't help.
I don't want to take any more birth control pills. Some stopped the loss a bit, but other side effects were bad.

I slept. But I do not feel like I did, at all. So very tired and foggy brained. Might be #premenopause
