@kinkita Vorsicht finde ich gut, Angst ist immer ein schlechter Berater.

Bei einem HIV-Test musst du bedenken, dass er eigentlich nur den Status von vor ein paar Wochen anzeigt. Frische Infektionen blieben dir also verborgen - und der Mann weiß im Falle des Falles wahrscheinlich auch nichts davon. Deswegen ist diese Lösung nur bedingt brauchbar.

Wenn Männer so reagieren, ist das absolut nicht in Ordnung. Man sollte offen über alles reden können und dann gemeinsam eine Entscheidung treffen. Das geht auch bei one night stands! Wenn die Kerle davon überfordert sind, versuchen zu tricksen oder aggressiv werden, haben sie sich meiner Meinung nach für das konkrete Date ins Aus geschossen.

Zuerst einmal eine kurze Begriffsklärung. Ja, du kannst dich theoretisch mit #HIV, also dem Virus, anstecken. #AIDS (mit den ganzen schrecklichen Bildern aus den 80er- / 90er-Jahren) wirst du aber nie bekommen! Es gibt sehr gute und verträgliche Therapien, die dir ein normales Leben ermöglichen. Von daher: bitte einmal tief durchatmen 🙂

Deine Angst muss man selbstverständlich ernst nehmen, aber ich finde gleichzeitig auch, dass du ein bisschen über das Ziel hinausschießt. Sex und das ganze Drumherum soll schließlich Spaß machen und nicht immer mit Angst beladen sein.

Was du richtig machst: regelmäßige #STI-Tests! Dafür sorgst du, dass eine mögliche Infektion schnell erkannt und behandelt wird. Damit schützt du dich und deine Sexualpartner.

Vor einer Ansteckung mit #HIV kannst du dich auch aktiv schützen, indem du die #PrEP (Präexpositionsprophylaxe) nimmst. Die ist auch für Frauen erhältlich und wirksam. Sagt dir das etwas oder brauchst du hier weitere Informationen und Ansprechpartner?

Worüber man sich im Klaren sein muss: mit irgendwas anstecken - auch außerhalb von Sex - kann man sich leider immer. Das ist einfach allgemeines Lebensrisiko.

Wenn du noch Fragen hast oder ich etwas genauer erklären soll: her damit!

My #prep this week was to buy a couple simple tools to add to my car kits. Next week I'll do a full inventory and update on the kits before our summer roadtrip. #prepping

Oh and I went half with a friend on a #3Dprinter lol. Can't wait to print all kinds of fun parts (and of course #dandd stuff).

זה לא טוב, אבל הדבר הכי גרוע.. רופאים/ות שהיו ברשימת רופאים שיכולים לרשם פרפ מם הוסרו מהרשימה והמטופלים לא קובלו את המידע.
גם בבתי מרקחת לא קיבלו את המידע, ואחר כך לא ידעו אם הם יכולים לתת את התרופא למטופלים או לא.

יש טיפול מונע יעיל נגד HIV, אז למה מערימים קשיים?
PrEP, הוא הטיפול היעיל ביותר למניעת הדבקה ב-HIV, וקיים בארץ כבר כמה שנים, אבל רק רופאים שעברו הכשרה מיוחדת רשאים לתת אותו. עובדה זו יוצרת חסם מיותר - דווקא באוכלוסיות שנזקקות לטיפול בפריפריה.
