I wonder if what I do matters. It all just seems to be useless. #depressed #depression I keep thinking of the people who depend on me everyday. They love me. I love them. They keep me going. I tell them they are my life preservers. #lifepreservers I don't think they know what I mean when I say that. Before it meant keeping me alive and not hurting myself. Now I look at those who love me, and I smile. They're also my #smilepreservers. Live the #presentmoment one of them said to me. Thank you.
