Started on Oct. 22, 2022. The idea was to make a #bluecheese, but it never developed veins, even though I pierced it after about 1 week.
Instead, the #mould grew on the surface, and it came out a bit like a tomme.
Soft, intense, delish, even if it wasn't what I was after.
