Press regulation is a tough one - it is one thing protecting personal privacy and enforcing libel & harrassment laws - it is another thing altogether to regulate political bias.

I thinks #pressOwnership needs controls - I see no reason why #nonDoms are allowed to promote their views in the UK when they do not have a stake in our society.
