#Certification is issued #GlobalNonprofit #UpcycledFoodAssociation (UFA). They define #upcycled foods as "using ingredients that otherwise wouldn't have gone to #HumanConsumption are procured & produced using #verifiable #SupplyChains & have a #PositiveImpact on the #environment ."
