#メキシコニュース。普段は#政治 について発言はしないんだが、#メキシコ のことだし、ちょっと面白いことになってるみたいなので、書いておきます。
来年2024年は#大統領選挙。私は#永住権 はあるけど#選挙権 はないので（#メキシコ国籍 取りたいが日本政府が#多重国籍 認めてくれないので今のところ諦めてる）あくまで野次馬ですが。

まずは#メキシコ史 からｗ　メキシコでは1810年に#独立戦争、1910年に#メキシコ革命 があったので、2010年にも何かでっかいことが起きるんじゃ、とみんなそわそわしてたが、まあ特に何もなく過ぎた。が、今思うと、そのあたりから（きっちり2010年ではないけど）「#静かな革命」が起きていたのでは？

私がメキシコに来たころは、#PＲＩ という政党が圧倒的与党で、70年だか続いていた。私が来るちょっと前に、有力と見られていた野党の大統領候補が遊説中に暗殺される事件もあり、まあそのくらいＰＲＩの権力は圧倒的だった。

I've observed that the media profession has never been easy for Melissa Harris-Perry, current host of The Takeaway radio program, but apparently her push to exit management to join the union her staff belonged to drove upper management to just cancel the damn thing.

Not that the situation with the death of her husband during that time helped any, and according to this Hell Gate report, she was her usual blunt self about that.

This video by Neal Hallinan is an excellent explanation of the underlying problem many people with hip problems face, according to the PRI (Postural Restoration Institute) approach. I personally have found the PRI approach very useful, and quite different from what anyone else is doing. Also check out Conor Harris on IG and YT for lots of great PRI exercises.
