Finally located specific connector for charging my chair batteries* so possibility exists I might go to London Pride on Saturday.

My first (then only "Lesbian & Gay #Pride") was 40 years ago, and I was one of the organisers and first 'out' bisexual on the committee. We've come a long way since but those advances have been slipping back with increased homophobia and transphobia promoted by the media.

Just because there is music and people in bright colours doesn't mean we aren't still fighting for our rights, for fair and equal treatment, to live in peace without fear of violence.
