I knew #Majestic were a great merchant, but I still need to pinch myself into believing the No quibble policy. If you don't like a #wine, they'll replace it. We love their #Definition range, their house branded wine, great stepping stone to start exploring a new blend or grape. Sadly the #Zinfandel we tried was way too acidic and we were disappointed. I walked in store, I had already the bottle in mind and I was so lucky they actually had an open bottle for me to have a free taste. It tasted amazing, all the flavours you'd expect from a #Primitivo basically. Can't wait to open it for a nice dinner. #winelover #winetasting #winegeek #MajesticWine

It had to happen at some point where we found a Definition that was just... Ok. First taste of a #Zinfandel. Came to it expecting it to be somewhat similar to the #Primitivo di Manduria but no, it wasn't. A strong taste of smoke but for the rest... It was just bitter, I think the best description could be. And I'm a person who like bitter. Is it what all Zinfandel are supposed to taste like? Was this just a poor example? #winelover #winetasting #wine
