Napa News: Brion Wise (Brion, B Wise) has announced the acquisition of a 128-acre property on Pritchard Hill. Formerly known as Montagna, the property includes 42 planted acres. Previously listed at $55 million in 2019, the purchase price was not disclosed, but does anyone think it could be less than that?
