Putting aside the fact the #privacy implications (it is covered on the #PrivacyAgreement on page 3 of 10, so near the start)
But isn't this an awful #CX? How did this get through acceptance testing? Who was the Customer advocate? Is anyone wondering why customer usage is so light (or does it actually meet their business case estimates)?

My partner has bought #XmaslLights - which require her to agree to a #PrivacyAgreement that includes "We will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information..."
Considering I think it is excessive to collect information to have festive lights in our home, I wonder what #Mirabella thinks is "reasonable steps?
It's #EULA is a reminder that blind #trust is a huge part of most peoples everyday approach to #security - a huge #vulnerability in my view
