ugh just spent 90 minutes on twitter and then "secure chat" with a bank to straighten out why an ATM card isn't working while traveling overseas. They were little help. I finally drilled down in their horrible website and found where to enter travel dates for the card (not required for any of my other cards BTW). AND the cherry on top was when I had problems logging in they advised to NOT USE A VPN!!! Sheesh. Time to go bank shopping again. #StupidBank #PrivilegedComplaint #PNC
