Okay, THIS was fun, and I had to share it.
I made an Imperial Stout for a job, and it was just _barely_ too low carbonised (2.3% out of 2.5%) and just _barely_ too hazy (40.3 SRM out of max 40).

So I made Moonshine to increase the carbonisation and decrease haziness.
