Our #activeaging group successfully accomplished the objectives of the #PROCare4Life project “Personalised Integrated Care Promoting Quality of Life for Older People” that took place from January '20 to June '23, yielding 2 doctoral dissertations from #MonaAhmed & #EllenBentlage

On the 23rd of May, our colleagues #MonaAhmed, #EllenBentlage, and #MichaelBrach visited Antwerp where they attended the “International Conference of Integrated Care” (#ICIC23, @IFICInfo), including the #PROCare4Life 42-month progress meeting and public event.

The manuals for the @procare4life platform, developed by our lab's #ActiveAgeing group, have been well received by patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Last month, PhD Students #EllenBentlage & #MonaAhmed were in #Milan for the @procare4life event on 'Digital Integrated Care in neurological diseases: debate between the ProCare4Life consortium and Italian practice' & the 6th #PROCare4Life progress meeting.
