There remains a significant but falling premium for UK #graduates, in part be due to access to the #professions whose degree requirements remain pretty robust.
However, its also worth noting that non-degree employment seems to be shifting into high(er) skills, albeit at a gradual rate (replacing 'over-qualified' graduates?).
Does a slow shift to highly skilled non-degree holders indicate the success of #apprenticeships?

Is there some branch (field? type? practice?) of therapists that might attract such folks? Is there some "tell" or jargon that might tip me off? Is there anything to help me narrow down the possibilities... or at least remove the no-ways?
Is this asking too much? Does capital "P" Psychology have too much "individualism" at its professional roots and thus select out the radicals?
I mean if my therapist doesn't grok the "It's Not Monday You Hate, It's Capitalism" meme, how are we ever going to talk about my moods

I haven't decided whether that's a good thing. It all depends on the #profession.
It'll be easier for #Historians and #Archaeologists to verify than #journalists and #authors for example.

Simply put: People are promoted until they're unfit for the job.
Think about that the next time you're in a meeting with an incompetent superior.
