Developers - what #projectmangement agement methodology do you run for your teams? What adaptations did you make for your processes and culture?

I’m accredited in #agile, #lean, and #FDD, but I’ve never run pure applications on my teams. Always adaptations and tweaks. In fact, I’ve seen more teams struggle when trying to stick to the “book”.
