I do have every intention of actually going to the lab to #nanopore #sequence some #pig poop tomorrow though. I have been testing out different #extraction kits for an upcoming #microbiome project and in this round I have been testing out #promega maxwell DNA extraction robot. Honestly I will be amazed if there's no cross-contamination I was uncomfortable for the entire protocol.
