Though what we need is a self-throttle setting. "You've been tooting too much. No toots for 30 minutes. go outside, read a book" and you can't disable the setting, you delegate the setting to another user.

I boost posts i want in my feed and to share. I #favorite posts that i like that aren't necessarily related to most of what i keep on my feed publicly, i'm mostly about #linux and #privacy / #infosec stuff.
