Could #localCouncils manage #townPlanning as a #federation.
StateGovt functions can likely be replaced by Committees of a greater number of national MPs.
State Govt have become corrupted, engaging in #rentSeeking and known to take #politicalDonations from #realEstate and #propertyDeveloper groups through #SuperPac's like the #PropertyCouncil.

Sadly, these terrible collapses like the #MiamiTower are just a tip of the iceberg.
We wrote something recently on another device and will get it out in the days ahead.
In #Australia we've been struggling with our own #propertyDeveloper and #privateEquity craze since #Sydney2000, and yes, a lot of dodgy #construction.
The #realEstate and #propertyCouncil have been aggressively #lobbying #selfRegulation for as long as we can remember too.

To be honest this is conditioning people to accept living like people in China. Its not a good meme.
#Gentrification is also capitalistic and fascistic as it is oft its highly #corporatist in nature. We can bet a dodgy multi-national #propertyDeveloper with ready access to desperate migrant labour at their disposal (and yes some would have died), made those #humanFilingCabinets.
