I want to go to the German Baltic coast, and as a bonus a couple of Hanseatic towns.
I particularly want to go to Insel Rugen (for Prora).
Time will be limited so we might have to fly to the start point (boo!) but I think I'm overcomplicating it by trying to include a #ferry from Malmo or Ystad.
A genuine first world problem.

When you go down to the #beach you may find archeology. For instance "Give me the good life" ("Her mit dem schönen Leben") on the island Rügen near #Prora, the Nazi holiday site from the late 1930s or what I call #SozialesPlastik, social plastic-some word play with Joseph Beuys's "Soziale Plastik", this völkisch concept for sculpturing the society in terms of mystic aesthetics close to Rudolf Steiner's irrationalism. Now, microplastic will stay in the sand. The "good life" in fact is echoing

Mein Beitrag zum #Fensterfreitag befasst sich heute mit einem der alten Gebäude vom ehemaligen KdF-Bau in #Prora . Die Sanierung der Gebäude ist schon weit voran geschritten. Zum Vergleich eine Aufnahme aus 2012 - was für eine Verwandlung!
Wer davon noch nichts gehört haben sollte, dem sei die Seite https://prora-zentrum.de/ sehr zu empfehlen. Vor Ort gibt es ein Besucherzentrum, im dem man viel über die Geschichte dieses Ortes erfahren kann.
