A few weeks ago I traveled to Italy's Veneto and the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene to taste many of the Prosecco Superiores made there.

Here's my quick hand-drawn impression of the region in fall, its rolling hills carpeted with vineyards and dotted with farms and houses, its higher hills shrouded in clouds.
