We need for more people and businesses to become energy #Prosumers using their #solar and #batteries which the mini-monopolistic utilities are frantically fighting against in order to protect their profits.

Much better to charge the #Batteries in one's home and vehicle when the prices go negative than it is to heat up one's home with unnecessary lights when there is excess production imho. Virtual Power Plants can turn consumers into #Prosumers #VPP

Yeah, something like that is what I was thinking (haven't fully developed nor will I ever since no one's paying me to nor would it make a difference) and the policy could only apply to sales after the new law was passed also imo.
