Great work @jommy_tee
and @MichaelWestBiz

Will the same Govt trying to jail me (with taxpayer funds) like to explain why this is not at NACC?

Incompetent, or complicit?

If your state or federal member of parliament is making excuses for corruption and criticising ICAC for doing its job, thats a big red flag.

The system has been set up to avoid accountability. Its now up to voters to keep corrupt politicians out of government.

Protecting whistleblowers is an integral part of improving accountability. It will be interesting to see how the NACC handle their first case.

In Australia, whistleblowers have done more than all of our regulators combined to address corruption and expose wrongdoing, yet are punished for it. The laws to protect them are broken. Fortunately (and no thanks to the govt) hope is at hand. Thanks to @jmwhistleblower, @Lyshrose and all of the other whistleblowers incl Troy Stolz, Sharon Kelsey, Richard Boyle, David McBride, Peter Fox, Benjamin Koh and others for their bravery, and @KieranPender, @DanielHRL, @HumanrightsHRLC for their brilliant idea.
One thing I didn’t explore: it’s incredible how starkly the experience of whistleblowers (almost without exception) contrasts with our supposed national ethos of decency, egalitarianism and larrikinism.
Our system actively destroys people who embody these things.
