@sokrypton Congrats all! Very exciting to push this combination of language models and structure models. AF2 and OF have been frustrating for design, not too surprisingly, but this all makes a ton of sense as a next step!

This paper is impressive because it introduces the model and more importantly demonstrates working designs including a very strong (strongest yet?) de novo binding protein. Also unusually high success rate. Protein design already often works, this is a significant improvement for re novo. Critical to show these data! Lots of impressive past designs failed in the lab
