A team led by Georgia Tech’s Jeffrey Skolnick has developed #AF2Complex, a modified #AlphaFold algorithm, to understand how individual proteins form functional complexes within living cells. The strategy incorporates an interfacial similarity score to rate how well protein surfaces will stick together.
