While #3dprinting a big job on my #prusaprinter MK3s, I ran out of filament. Out of curiosity, I decided to watch it fail, to see how that was handled. It detected the end of filament, stopped, and asked me to pull out the remaining piece of filament. Ummm, what remaining piece? It's inside the print head somewhere. That didn't go so well....
Glad I built this from a kit, so I am not afraid to drop the hotend tomorrow and see what is going on.
I mean the point of the joke is kinda spoiled by me replying to it, but this is the first threaded piece I've designed and printed and it went well. This is a collet closer for holding oscilloscope probes of different sizes. I designed it in #freecad and printed it on my #prusaprinter in PLA.

Not a bad first print on a #prusaprinter considering it came as screws, printed parts, and motors. I only had one build screw left over at the end, which is honestly pretty good for me.
