A 0.12 beta of lnd came out a couple of days ago, nice to see this:
"The internal wallet can now create and sign PSBTs. In combination with the ListUnspent RPC this allows RPC users to implement full coin control."
https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/releases/tag/v0.12.0-beta
listunspent and psbt support in lnd were my main contributions to lnd (albeit my "first cut" of psbt wasn't anywhere near complete, so credit mostly to roasbeef and others there). It's great to see it mature this far.
Coldcard look like they made an interesting little tool for testing PSBT implementations here:

Will report back if it works OK for me.
hal, but #Bitcoin developer's companion now has BIP-39 support in v0.4.3.
This means it can * generate BIP-39 mnemonics from piped entropy, * get the seed and BIP32 xpriv of a mnemonic with BIP-39 passphrase, * derive addresses using BIP-32 HD derivation.
You can basically build a DIY wallet setup with just a CLI. Next up will be descriptors and #miniscript for #PSBT satisfaction!
