I've been looking into side effects of SSRIs (in my case for treatment of health anxiety), and some experience (very) long term sexual side effects, even after going off the medication.

Please make sure to factor this is when starting an SSRI regimen -- it is absolutely not a fun thing to deal with, and the side effects may outweigh the benefits of the medication...
