Since the thing on here seems to be #introductions. I live in #Brooklyn, work as a therapist and in training to be a #psychoanalyst with an interest in #Lacan. I previously got a phd writing on #capitalism, #marxism, #queer and #trans radical movements. I teach queer studies as an adjunct in #UAW 7902 at NYU.

My first book, a co-authored #speculative, #sciencefiction novel Everything for Everyone: An Oral History of the New York Commune, 2052–2072, depicts a future social revolution in NYC. My second book, Family Abolition: Capitalism and the Communizing of Care, will be out with Pluto in June 2023.

I have a long background as an organizer and activist, previously in the AIDS movement, trans and queer liberation, #prisonabolition, and much else. I'm a trans woman, and do various other things here and there.

Something worth adding is a photo of a happy family with a teen and a dog (or cat but good luck finding a cat that enjoys a studio portrait).
