My bestie has been admitted to a #psychward & cos of the large geography of her trust, she's at the furthest hospital she could possibly be. Plus I can't drive at the moment cos of my foot. She's nowhere near her home & feeling very isolated. I feel at a loss 😭

It's my freedom anniversary!
One year ago I was discharged from the #psychward after 242 days of being inpatient.
Things have been tough but I've made it & I'm not ashamed to say that I'm proud of myself.
