May I suggest carbon steel instead? (I bought these ones specifically, because the handles are welded on, so there’s no rivet bumps inside the pan to collect crud) amzn.to/3OlGcXb

Excellent piece from Alex Tullo at C&EN detailing where different fluoropolymer companies are with backing away from or replacing in their polymerization processes.

Unfortunate that is one of the hardest polymers to find a non-fluorosurfactant replacement for

What’s the difference between PFAS, PFOS, PFOA, PTFE, and GenX?

"There are estimated to be more than 9,000 chemicals. Some of the most common include Perfluorooctane Sulfonate () and Perfluorooctanoic Acid (), also known as C8. These chemicals were once widely used in substances like fabric and leather coatings, household cleaning products, firefighting foams, and stain-resistant carpeting. Although manufacturers have phased out their use in Canada and the U.S. over the past two decades, they remain ubiquitous in the environment—and in our bodies. Dupont developed as a replacement for PFOA in 2009, but subsequent studies of GenX have also raised health concerns.

"Polytetrafluoroethylene (), along with C8/#PFOA, were used to produce , the non-stick chemical coating manufactured for decades by Dupont and now , which spun off in 2015."

Cycling while wet? Tech clothing option changes are afoot. cyclingnews.com/news/pfc-bans-

Personally I lean more towards layers involving wool. It's all about staying warm rather than attempting to stay dry while sweating in a rainstorm.

is stuck in tube. A blob is forming at it's end. Even at the lower temperature given by the manufacturer (Sunlu) which is 220°...
I’ve successfully printed for hours at 235° I have no fucking clue on what’s going on. please.

My guess would be that the speed/flow is too low, allowing the heat rise in the tube dispite the fan which is running at it’s max speed by the way.
