In my experience, living with and managing complex chronic illness like #POTS, #LongCOVID, #MECFS, #PTLDS, requires a lot of vigilance and time.

Ironically, it's that vigilance (which helps us function) that others often mistake for unhealthy "fear" or preoccupation/anxiety.
