#CellBroadcast has the advantage - like #PTY31 [#RDS on #FM-based USW Radio] to non only use existing tech and devices, but being localized.
OFC they can advise people to tune in to a local station at a certain frequency for detailed info.

@hackaday Germany sadly doesn't have such standards and it required hundreds of avoidable deaths for #CellBroadcast to be reinstated.
Can't go into details beyond the fact that #RDS' #PTY31 would be used on USW-FM radio.
