I've said it before. I'm saying it again.

Despite the problems we all share with #PublicHealthcare & #PublicEducation - both are worthy of defending & fighting to protect. We can work on improving both - which would benefit every single Canadian.

The only folks upset at citizens wanting government to help improve both those public services are folks who benefit from privatization & making profits off them.

Be VERY WARY of anyone who wants to profit from healthcare & education.

Hello from the Hospital! I finally decided to find a Dr to take a look at my injured finger and hopefully get a referral to a specialist. My family Dr is not taking appointments and we don't have a reliable clinic so the ER it is. It's busy, I'll probably be here for a few hours if I am lucky. It's not exactly life threatening but I'd like to get back full use of my right hand before this becomes permanent.

Read that again.

Instead of investing funds in existing #nonprofits swamped and overwhelmed like never before -

They gave money to a PRIVATE company.

Folx I know we are tired. And this gov't is at it again using public money to fund private companies.
