The path it could take on 9/1 would be: taken off the suspense file and put on the Senate floor to be heard, added as a two year bill and heard as the same AB645 during next year's legislative session or placed back in the suspense file to be killed. Chair Portantino made positive comments about it on Monday. (I'm not endorsing this bill; just providing an update. I've come almost full circle against ASE fwiw)
