IMHO Baltimore City desperately needs better information management systems and practices - especially around transportation and capital projects of all kinds.

After a year on the job, I’m starting to get the shape of the problem although uncertain how to “fix” anything from my limited position.

Good to see the #UK government are seeing sense on the #PublicWorkers #strikes including the example to & envy of the world, the #NHS.

If #Dowden says they're "holding firm", they're definitely about to fold. Remember when he said the government were "ramping up the testing & tracing" after taking the duty from the NHS, passing it to their buddies & letting it fail completely?

Dowden is happy to lie and is regarded as expendable by the party.
