I am about to write a #PubPeer post exposing a #Wiley -published #academic book chapter (and likely the whole book) where I can prove the entire content is #plagiarized, likely using a synonym-swapping algorithm.

But I don't want to get sued, or be unethical. I will notify the two #publishers of course, but does anyone have any other pointers?

It's not quite what you are talking about but I think it goes in the right direction. There is also a handy Chrome plugin to link to comments on PubPeer on pages that cite papers.

I have followed this issue closely. That 1 JAMA Cardiology study he cited is actually legit and JAMA Cardiology a respectable Journal in the field. See #pubpeer, #scite and #ulrichsweb reports' main pages. He of course neglected, as is typical, to mention other studies and the review and editorials that came after this, but he IS right about the increased risk in that 1 particular study.
