For the record, the corn & cabbage slaw contains about half a bunch of coriander (or "cilantro", if you insist), and is dressed with a vinaigrette made from #fermented tomatillos, fermented limes, fermented garlic, and olive oil - no need to add further seasoning, because the fermented goodies are already quite salty & sour. (Is there a Guinness World Record for using the word "fermented" in a single sentence?)
