Didn't even forage on this morning's run. Breakfast was waiting — baked #puffball #mushroom, thin-sliced onion, lettuce & chipotle pepper salsa on the best (bought) #bread in the🌎 — sub roll from an #AtlanticCity bakery. Skip the casinos, definitely try the bread. Don't know what makes it so good — artesian well water from the #PineBarrens aquifer is often credited: https://wpgtalkradio.com/why-cant-you-make-atlantic-city-nj-sub-bread-anywhere-else/
The water is delicious, so... maybe ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Fragile ecosytem, complex human relationships.

The plant is #Native to the area around #Lake #Shasta. A member of the #Rose #Family, it has the charming common name Shasta #Snow #Wreath.

One of California's rarest #Plants, the #Beautiful #Blossom lasts 10 days in the #Spring. It looks like a white spikey #Puffball made up of a cluster of #Stamens rather than #Petals.
