When I first heard today this new song from the *Sign '☮' the Times Super Deluxe* set through my phone speakers, I was very disappointed. 😞

But after listening to it a few times through my better computer speakers, I changed my mind completely. This is of course related to the phone speakers, but it's also not the first time I had this with a #Prince song.

It is certainly punk pop, before it became popular in the 90's, combined with a dose of guitar driven psychedelia. The high-pitched voices you hear are all Prince (actually everything is) and therefore it sounds like a female punk pop band. Maybe it was intended for the Bangles, I don't know. Play it loud!
