no vacation would be complete without some additions to #PupAllTheStations
visiting the Sauerland region with stations Lennestadt Altenhundem (#EA, my 'home depot' during civil service) and Attendorn (#EAT)
this time together with beta @Pupchas
as pup is in the UK again don't forget to tick of Birmingham International (#BHI) and B'ham New Street (#BHM) off the list for #PupAllTheStations 😅
#railpup #railenthusiast #railfetish
(yes, I know I'm weird and I love it)

Pup on Rails - a thread for #PupAllTheStations (1/4)
(no touristy pictures following - sorry!)
what could go wrong if you hand a 5-day #interrail ticket to someone like Rufus?
exactly - fear and terror be spread on #scotland's rail network.
our trip extended to over 1500 km and 26 hrs of 'train time' in total
but the journey started off with an easy trip from Newcastle (#NCL) via Carlisle (#CAR) to Glasgow...

Just as I get ZentaiSpot's trip to Centraal station (Metro) in Amsterdam added to the map ( https://pupallthestations.co.uk/?page_id=2 ) a post goes up where they've pupped 4 Crossrail stations. The timing... Oh the timing! Thankfully, @CondorBriarpup has already visited most of them, which means it should be nice and simple to get them added to the site. Always appreciate submissions to the #PupAllTheStations project!
Just made a small update to the website, removing the Twitter Feed on the side bar and replacing it with a Mastodon Feed instead. Not the most attractive thing visually, but it does the job - plus it is one more step on the path to migrating away from Twitter and just using it to collect #PupAllTheStations submissions from others.
@halvor Some nice shots there. Excuse me while I do a #PupAllTheStations tag so I can remember to add Bond Street to the backlog tomorrow. 😀
a delayed flight (once again) led to another detour - this time trying the Flixbus from #amsterdam to Bremen (yay! 🤮)
paws crossed I will arrive only 12 hours later than planned...
on the pro side: got to visit the beautiful (underground) station of Schiphol Airport [Shl] and Amsterdam Centraal [Asd] for #PupAllTheStations (🎉) and took another selfie around water (IJ just behind Amsterdam Centraal)
I am glad to announce that #PupAllTheStations isn't dead. It was just resting during a house move. Things are almost back to normal, so things can start to fire back up again.
3 new stations are ready to be added to the blog, and the backlog of other pups is still huge. So there is still plenty to be getting on with.
Also, if you're in the area of the Leather Archives and Museum, you might find a familiar photo...
While Pup Finn has been pupping Liverpool South Parkway, Ardwick, Argyle Street, Wymondham, and Sudbury and Harrow Road, Pup Rufus has pupped Liverpool Street (Crossrail). However, today's post is recapping the first #PupAllTheStations heritage Station, Corfe Castle. With bad weather calling off a trip to the beach, the nearby steam railway saved the day. An "on the train" shot means a revisit to get a proper photo is due at some point. Read the blog post about it here:

2022 was a rather quiet year on the #PupAllTheStations front. With Network Rail either digging up the lines out of my local station, or the RMT workers going on strike, Condor hardly got out and about to visit stations (or visit @Shade for that matter). There is a nice big backlog of other pups to get uploaded though. Hopefully 2023 is a better year for visiting places, and getting the website up to date with the latest escapades of the pups. Only 11 new stations were visited by Condor in 2022.
While Pup Finn's adventures to Liverpool Street (Crossrail) are added to the main site, this post goes back to May 2017 as we cover off the 4th station visited by Condor for #PupAllTheStations, Beaulieu Road in the New Forest. The plan was to go hunting for a forest walk, but the ground was still too wet after a rainfall, so a pub was located instead and a nice day out was still had, even if the walk in the woods ended up not happening. Read the blog post about it here:

While work continues behind the scenes to clear the backlog (and spams the birdsite with automated updates from the Trello log), it's time for another historic #PupAllTheStations post.
After Ashurst New Forest, came a not-too-distant station. A trip to the version of Millbrook that's in Hampshire, as there happens to be more than one Millbrook station in the UK. @CondorBriarpup and Bandit hit this one and you can read all about it in the blog post here: https://www.pupallthestations.co.uk/?p=109
After visiting Barking, a day out in the woods presented another opportunity to go and pup a station, quite randomly. You can read all about that in the blog post on https://www.pupallthestations.co.uk/?p=105
This is not that picture, however. This was from April 2019 (only a few days away from exactly 2 years later) when a specially made Pup All The Stations sign arrived at HQ. So myself (@CondorBriarpup) and Echo went to get an updated #PupAllTheStations photo (and video, see the blog) to show it off.
Hello world.
This is an #Introduction of sorts, inviting the pups of Mastodon to take part in Pup All The Stations (see bio for more info).
This feed will be for site update, and a chance to look back over the last 5 years of station pupping and repost some of the favourite stations along the way.
It all started with Barking, back in April 2017, which you can read about at https://www.pupallthestations.co.uk/?p=1
