2 weeks using #purelymail and I have to say it is an amazing platform. Insanely cheap, easy and helpful support, easy interface and great connection with the Spark Mail app for Android and Windows, which is also great even on the free plan. Highly recommended! Good riddance #gandi!

@jfmblinux I never considered the mailboxes to be free, but 'included' as one had to pay considerably more to register a domain with Gandi, when compared with other registrars. I recommend Porkbun if you want to move your domain, and for your email check out Purelymail:

After a couple of years self hosting my email server with #Mailu I'm trying #Purelymail for my email accounts. It allows me to use my domain name, is extra cheap, and promises me not to have to worry about deliverability (people occasionally find the emails I send them to their junk folder).

It should be much cheaper, and more efficient, than running a dedicated VPS for the only purpose of hosting a couple of Docker containers.

I noticed that #zoho offers the option to use a data center in Europe. Since it offers all the features I'm looking for at a very low price (more-or-less on par with #purelymail), it looks like the best option for me right now.
