Okay, here's my #PurpleIntroPost for new #BTS #FediArmy arrivals.

My origin story is that I discovered the tannies in September 2020 when some awful UK media people made xenophobic comments about them and so *obviously* I ended up involved in some tag team shitposting with a bunch of armys. I then said I'd give these hilarious people's band a listen, they sent me playlists tailored for people who like angry and morose music... and that was that.

Jimin's voice was the first thing I noticed, Jin's voice was the thing that sent me down the rabbit hole, and some annoying little cat guy locked me in for good.

Err, that's probably it? I'll bung my favourite songs under this post.

Hi all! I’m Army circ. 2022 right before PTD Las Vegas. V’s voice made me ARMY. Vocal line bias esp Jimin! Rap line wrecked as AgustD concert was life changing.
IRL I’m a SLP, so I post how I use my BTS love in therapy. Plus I use alternative tech to make study tools for people studying Korean. I post about those with a CW since I like to keep this spot more pure for screaming and musing. Cat mom and caretaker of underage roommates. Late 30’s. 😁💜

Netflix made me a #kpop fan by suggesting I watch a #kdrama sometime in late 2012... after a few dramas I did some googling and realized that these actors were all singers too... and it all went downhill from there. I've been ARMY since debut era and am heavily multifandom leaning mostly towards boy groups.

Let’s see .. I fell down the rabbit hole a year and a half ago. My daughter and I started watching a few K dramas and soon BTS was all over my Insta timeline.
