Minty, 3 wing stripes is the youngest in the clan and has learned to feed when everyone else is distracted. Magpies are positive and negative re-enforcement learners. If it works once I’ll try again. If not, I’ll try something different.

New batch of Insectivore mix delivered. I add this supplement to reduce calcium deficiencies. Pushy rocked up with a limp last year. It could have been an injury, more likely the 8 offspring have resulted in calcium leaching weakening her bones.

Tell them I'm not interested. Then goes into the same thing again worded slightly differently. Once more I tell them I'm not interested. Tries to start again. Cut them off and tell him I said no twice already, I'll be hanging up now.

What is wrong with these people. That is not how you do customer service.
I was already thinking of leaving, but now I'm definitely leaving.
