As #Firefox doesn't support PWAs (it once did, but it was dropped), I use Edge when I need a #PWA, and it's frustrating that when I click on an external link in a PWA launched using Edge, it opens in Edge instead of Firefox, my default browser. I wish Firefox would bring back full support for PWAs. (There's an extension to enable PWAs, but it's not easy to set up and is very unstable.) 😣

I've deployed a #Blazor #PWA on an #Azure App Service. I'm using the hosted model with the default Client, Server and Shared projects.

Calls to my API controllers work fine in dev, but not on the Azure App Service. All calls to my /api endpoints get redirected back to the PWA. How do I configure my application to pass the API calls to my controllers?

This app was deployed via Azure Pipeline CI if that makes any difference.

Und ich komme nicht mehr weg davon! Der ist einfach zu gut.

Von "alpha" merke ich nicht viel. Das Ding läuft flott und stabiler als die meisten Betas anderer Software die ich mir mal angesehen habe.

It both baffles and impresses me that the BBC's #PWA is *so* much better than their native app*. I often wonder why companies (particularly news orgs) don't invest as much time in developing PWAs over native apps. Am I missing something obvious? Or is it just because it took much longer for web standards to catch up with native APIs?
