And, as of today, a negative PCR test, nearly a week after I left Salt Lake City. Looks like #PyConUS's #COVID mitigations, and my precautions, worked for me!

I did find that the CO2 levels in some indoor spaces were ~500-600ppm, near outdoors levels, and thus was ok with lowering my mask to sip something indoors, which I did ~15-20 times.

I have gotten a negative on an antigen test and a Lucira rapid molecular test since leaving #PyConUS2023 a few days ago, in addition to my negative tests while in Salt Lake City, so things are looking good so far re: #COVID. Hope others have also remained uninfected!

I'll tell you about how gel nails work if you're new to the process. No, I'm not selling anything, this is purely for fun and to look pretty. Please please please come sprint with us on @circuitpython at the #PyCon2023 sprints! Type annotations are how I really got started with open source contribution, and we have a BUNCH of those! And, of course, there are other issues to squash as well, including bugs, feature additions, documentation, CI improvements, and others!

@willingc motivation is what brought me to #python too. I was able to write software to solve interesting problems for myself. My first project wanted to be “Jarvis” from iron man… didn’t get there, but it opened so many doors for me in my life ❤️
